How are Tokens billed?
Input and output tokens are billed separately. Each model has its own rate, see the model market page for details. For example GPT-5.4: ¥15/input million tokens, ¥60/output million tokens, i.e. ¥0.015/1K input tokens, ¥0.06/1K output tokens.
Can I get a refund after topping up?
Top-up balance has no expiry and can be fully consumed. No refunds are supported at this time. Please top up as needed.
How can enterprises get invoices?
Apply for invoices on the Billing page in the console, supporting regular and VAT special invoices. Regular invoices are issued automatically; VAT special invoices require complete qualification materials, processed within 3 business days.
Is there a usage cap?
No monthly usage cap. Pay-as-you-go users share a unified rate limit (200 RPM). For higher limits, upgrade to Enterprise.
