Service Description
UnionToken provides a multi-model API aggregation service. Users access third-party LLM providers through our unified API interface. All models are provided directly by their respective providers, with UnionToken acting as the service aggregation layer.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account. Any charges incurred due to account theft or unauthorized use are your responsibility. Do not share your API Key with others or store it in plaintext in client code. Change your key regularly and contact us immediately if you notice any anomalies.
Usage Restrictions
You may not use UnionToken services for any illegal activities or to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend services for abnormal usage patterns without prior notice.
Billing & Refunds
Services are billed based on actual Token consumption. See the pricing page for details. We do not refund consumed services. If you have any billing disputes, contact us within 7 business days.
Service Availability
We commit to 99.9% monthly service availability. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, DNS failures, etc.), planned maintenance, or third-party provider failures, but we will restore service as soon as possible.
Intellectual Property
UnionToken's website, documentation, and interface design are our intellectual property. The intellectual property of content generated through the API belongs to you, but we bear no responsibility for the generated content.
